Home Study
You’ll start your scuba education from the comfort of home! SSI’s
Open Water Diver course comes with convenient home study materials designed
to make your scuba learning experience fun!
SSI student manual is easy to read and filled with colorful photos of
the underwater world, the home-study experience is enhanced through
you choice of a DVD or VHS video!

Classroom and Pool Sessions
This is where it gets really fun! You’ll take what you’ve
learned and apply it in reality- based instructional scenarios in the
pool. The RMDC on site pool is a comfortable 88 degrees. Our knowledgeable
staff will fit you for your scuba equipment, so you become comfortable
in your “second skin.”
3. Open Water Dives & Certification
Once you finish your training, you’ll complete the open water
dives necessary to receive your Open Water Diver scuba certification.
With just a little more training, you can go even further… imagine
diving, underwater shipwrecks, with sharks or becoming an underwater
photographer! You’re going to love it!
